Zusammenfassung

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with Storable’s product capabilities and ensure value realization across our storage solutions.

You will manage strategic relationships with top clients, drive product adoption and renewals, and lead onboarding, configuration, and ongoing account optimization using CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within SaaS industries.
• Experience managing strategic client relationships, renewals, and value realization.
• Ability to onboard and configure client accounts with accuracy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace; strong documentation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with key clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans tailored to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interact with senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management.
• Attend training sessions, presentations, and meetings; travel as required.
