Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to bridge client objectives with Storable’s product capabilities. You will drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction by delivering ongoing value and strategic insights across cross-functional teams.

You will configure client accounts, collaborate on onboarding, and translate business challenges into actionable product requirements. This distributed role may require travel and emphasizes building lasting client relationships to maximize

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate those to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong Client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.
• Proven ability to partner with clients to understand current and future business challenges, translating them into actionable people, product, and process strategies.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into Storable's business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Share strategic insights and best practices across the Client Success organization and broader team.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate Client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate overall Client health and elevate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and execution of initiatives.
