Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to align client objectives with Storable’s SaaS solutions. You will drive value realization, adoption, renewals, and satisfaction across our key clients, leading onboarding, strategizing with clients, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing engagement.

You will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams, utilize CRM tools, and travel as needed to client sites.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with onboarding and account strategy.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company locations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong client empathy and relationship-building.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.
• Excellent communication with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and align customization to business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and escalation of at-risk accounts.
• Travel to client sites and company locations as required.
• Participate in virtual or in-person trainings, presentations and meetings.
