Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Roofing to own the largest multi-location roofing accounts from first meeting to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on multi-market deals where one signed agreement unlocks growth across locations.

You will close deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, guided by inbound and a sales development team.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over people-management; focus is on deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
