One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual on large, multi-location accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in multi-location roofing groups.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
