Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving roofing contractors across multiple markets. As Director of Strategic Accounts for Roofing, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations and expanding groups.

You will close business rather than manage people, with inbound and SDRs feeding meetings; expect a high-value, long sales cycle across owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers; this role is not high-volume single-location sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion: more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
