Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk initiatives for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, partnering with leadership to identify and address risks early across engagements.

You will develop practical controls, workflows, and training that support engagements from intake through case closure, collaborating with Office of General Counsel and firm risk management to protect the firm and clients while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function in professional services.
• Experience with ABC matters and restructuring/bankruptcy knowledge.
• Understanding independence and conflicts of interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk guidance to FAS engagement teams on restructuring and litigation engagements.
• Support ABC administration risk management including notices, claims, and asset disposition.
• Advise on independence, conflicts, and disclosure for complex engagements.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and FAS.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers on coverage and with GCO on firm-wide policies.
• Maintain risk register and produce reports for FAS and firm leadership.
• Deliver risk management training on topics like independence and documentation standards.
• Update policies or training from incident responses and root-cause analysis.
