Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk oversight for the Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify professional, regulatory, and operational risks early and develop practical controls from intake to case closure.

You will collaborate with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel, ensuring independence, conflicts review, and compliance across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function in professional services.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters; independence and conflicts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review engagement terms and contracts for ABC and related FAS engagements.
• Develop and manage enterprise risk program for ABC entities.
• Collaborate with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel on risk controls and training.
• Support incident response and implement remediation actions.
