EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to serve as the risk management leader for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early, while developing practical controls and training that support engagements from intake through case closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, this role offers the opportunity to shape risk management across a complex, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Working understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements (ABC).
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements for a professional services firm.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and counsel to FAS engagement teams on routine risk issues.
• Support engagement teams with fiduciary duties on ABC engagements and related notices/claims.
• Advise on independence, conflicts, and disclosure in complex litigation and disputes.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and FAS.
• Coordinate with insurance on coverage questions and involve GCO as needed.
