Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify risks early, develop controls, and train teams from intake to closure, ensuring high-quality client service.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will shape risk management across a fast-paced practice, collaborating with GCO, insurance, and outside counsel while protecting both the firm and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements (ABC).
• Familiarity with independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements for professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for the FAS practice from intake through case closure.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training to support engagements.
• Manage Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Coordinate with GCO and outside counsel on issues requiring review and approval.
• Maintain the risk register and report open risk items and remediation status.
