Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early, while developing practical controls, workflows, and training.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will collaborate with GC, firmwide risk management, and outside counsel to protect the firm and clients without slowing high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, or compliance in professional services.
• Understanding ABC matters, independence and conflicts of interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training for ABC engagements.
• Coordinate with GCO, insurance brokers, and outside counsel as needed.
• Maintain risk register and provide periodic reporting to leadership.
• Oversee incident response and root-cause analysis when issues arise.
• Create jurisdiction-specific guidance and checklists for engagement teams.
