EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, partnering with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks from intake to case closure.

The role involves developing practical controls, workflows, and training, coordinating with the Office of General Counsel, firmwide risk management, and outside counsel as needed, and shaping risk management across a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements, including ABC matters.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements in a professional services firm.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and counsel to FAS engagement teams on routine risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory engagements.
• Support engagement teams in performing assignee and fiduciary duties on ABC engagements, including creditor notice, claims administration, bonding requirements, and asset sale or liquidation processes.
• Advise engagement teams on independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations on complex litigation and dispute advisory engagements.
• Identify, assess, and help remediate operational, contractual, and regulatory risk exposure across FAS engagements; escalate higher-severity items to GCO.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
