EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, focusing on identifying and addressing professional, regulatory, and operational risks early. You will work with FAS leadership and cross-functional teams to develop practical controls, workflows, and training from intake to case closure.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization, such as a CPA firm, law firm, or consulting firm.
• A working understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements, including ABC matters.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements applicable to a professional services firm.
• JD or advanced degree and professional credentials (CPA/CIRA/CFE) preferred; ABC experience highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor, subcontractor, and consulting agreements needed to support ABC administration and other FAS engagement delivery.
• Provide advice and counsel to FAS engagement teams on routine risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory engagements.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers/carriers on coverage questions and claims, looping in GCO on matters affecting firm-wide policies.
• Oversee litigation matters against entities in the ABC portfolio and other FAS-related matters.
• Maintain the practice's risk register and produce periodic reporting for FAS and firm leadership.
