EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to serve as the risk management leader for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will work with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks, developing practical controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.

The role interacts with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, or compliance within a professional services firm.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters and related engagement risks.
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead risk management for the FAS practice, partnering with leadership and engagement teams.
• Develop controls, workflows, and training from intake through closure.
• Advise on independence, conflicts, and disclosure for complex engagements.
• Maintain risk registers and provide periodic reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel as needed.
• Manage enterprise risk program for ABC entities and FAS practice.
