EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk controls and ensure compliant delivery for the Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership, GC, and engagement teams to address risks early while enabling timely, high-quality client service.

You will work with enterprise risk management, insurance, and outside counsel to shape policies, deliver training, and monitor risk across restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization such as a CPA firm, law firm, or consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters in financial advisory engagements.
• Understanding of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements in a professional services firm.

Responsabilités

• Lead risk management for the ABC practice and coordinate with GC and firm leadership.
• Identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early across engagements.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.
• Oversee incident response and remediation, and translate lessons into updated policies.
• Maintain the ABC risk register and produce periodic reporting for FAS and firm leadership.
