Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk identification and controls for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, including ABC administrations and complex engagements.

You will partner with FAS leadership, manage risk across intake to closure, and coordinate with GCO and outside counsel to provide practical, compliant guidance while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Working understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements, including ABC matters.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements applicable to a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Provide advice and counsel to FAS engagement teams on routine risk issues across engagements.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers/carriers on coverage questions and claims, looping in GCO on matters affecting firm-wide policies.
• Develop and deliver risk management training for FAS professionals and maintain the risk register.
