Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. This role leads risk management, develops controls and training, and partners with GCO to address professional and regulatory risks.

You will shape risk practices across ABC engagements while ensuring client service remains efficient and compliant. Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will oversee risk across restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation projects, coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, or compliance within a professional services firm.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.
• Understanding ABC matters and associated risks within financial advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for FAS engagements and advise teams.
• Develop practical risk controls, workflows, and training for engagements from intake to closure.
• Coordinate with GCO and outside counsel on regulatory matters as needed.
• Manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and the FAS practice.
• Oversee ABC-related litigation matters and associated risk controls.
• Maintain risk register and provide periodic reporting to leadership.
