Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk and compliance for our Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership, engage teams, and work with GC, risk management, and outside counsel to implement practical controls across complex engagements.

The role focuses on independence, conflicts, and regulatory risk, guiding discovery, training, and policy updates while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years risk management, quality control, compliance, or related experience in professional services.
• Understanding of ABC matters, independence and conflicts requirements applicable to a professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain risk requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for the FAS practice from intake to case closure.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training; coordinate with GC and firm risk teams.
• Maintain risk register, provide periodic reporting to leadership, and remediate issues.
• Oversee incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and translate lessons into policy.
