Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk and compliance for the Financial Advisory Services practice in a fast-paced, professional services environment. You will shape controls, coordinate with counsel and GCO, and drive training and risk reporting across engagements.

Responsibilities include advising on independence, conflicts, notice and claims, and ensuring policy adherence from ABC engagements through case closure. A JD or CPA-like credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control or compliance within professional services.
• Understanding of ABC matters, independence and conflicts policies.
• Advanced credentials (CPA/CIRA/CFE) or JD/MA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services practice.
• Develop practical controls, workflows and training from intake through case closure.
• Coordinate with GCO, insurance, and outside counsel on risk matters.
• Maintain risk registers and provide periodic reporting to leadership.
• Oversee compliance with independence and conflicts policies across engagements.
