Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk controls across the Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address regulatory and operational risks from intake through case closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will develop practical controls, train teams, and maintain risk oversight while supporting timely, high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, or compliance in professional services.
• Working knowledge of ABC-like engagements and related risk controls.
• Experience building practical risk guidance and training for teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for FAS engagements and related matters.
• Develop and maintain the ABC risk program and risk register.
• Provide guidance on independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations.
• Coordinate with GC, GCO, and outside counsel on risk matters.
• Deliver risk training and reports to leadership.
