Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager for its Financial Advisory Services practice in California. You will lead risk identification, controls, and training across ABC, bankruptcy, and complex litigation engagements.

You will partner with GCO, insurance, and outside counsel to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining efficient engagement delivery and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, or compliance within professional services.
• Working knowledge of ABC matters, independence and conflicts rules.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across FAS engagements.
• Provide guidance on risk, independence, conflicts, and regulatory compliance for engagements.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and FAS.
• Coordinate with GCO, insurance, and legal teams on risk policy matters.
• Deliver risk management training and maintain risk registers for leadership reporting.
