Job summary

EisnerAmper is a leading accounting and advisory firm and seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk for the Financial Advisory Services practice, partnering with leadership to identify and address regulatory and operational risks from intake through closure while ensuring high-quality client service.

You will collaborate with general counsel, firm risk management, and outside counsel to develop practical controls and training, shaping the Enterprise Risk Management program across ABC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, or compliance in professional services.
• Familiar with ABC matters and independence/conflicts requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to advise across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for the FAS practice and guide engagements from intake to closure.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel for legal reviews.
• Maintain the risk register and provide periodic leadership reporting.
• Oversee compliance with independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into guidance for teams.
