Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to serve as the risk management leader for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks, building practical controls and trainings to support engagements from intake to closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will shape risk management across a fast-paced practice, partnering with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function within a professional services organization.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for FAS engagements and develop practical controls.
• Coordinate with the Office of General Counsel and firm risk management.
• Oversee risk management for ABC and related engagements, including compliance with applicable standards.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and the FAS practice.
• Deliver risk management training for FAS professionals and maintain risk registers.
