Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early, developing practical controls, workflows, and training that support engagements from intake through case closure.

You will work collaboratively with the Office of General Counsel, firmwide risk management, and outside counsel, when appropriate, on matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field required.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function within a professional services organization.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, and ABC matters and engagement risks.
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements in a professional services firm.
• CPA, CIRA, CFE, or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor, subcontractor, and consulting agreements for ABC administration and other FAS engagements.
• Draft and negotiate employment and contractor agreements, including international personnel.
• Provide advice on routine risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory engagements.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Coordinate with GCO and firm risk management on non-standard terms and training.
