Job summary

Argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to cover the Tampa, Orlando, and Saint Petersburg markets. The TBM will drive demand generation, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and improve patient access and outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic execution.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales with rheumatology experience, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, with strong rheumatology exposure.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and driving territory growth.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to reside in assigned market and travel as needed.
