Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across Tampa, Orlando, and Saint Petersburg, FL. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years of specialty/rare disease sales, strong collaboration, and a patient-first mindset. Travel is expected; you will report to the Business Leader as part of argenx's dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required (B.S./B.A.)

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer, market and business insights
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to deliver value
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliate staff, and specialty providers
• Utilise data, market intelligence and approved tools to inform decisions and maximise impact
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges within the territory
• Listen to customers and patients to learn and improve service
