Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USAF requirements. You will collaborate with the Applications Engineering team, support field tests, and demonstrate interoperability across airborne and expeditionary networks.

Up to 50% travel, with a remote-work option depending on location. Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you’ll help translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and guide

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related C5ISR field, 2–5 years of experience; OR HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios and IP-based routing or tactical comms systems.
• Basic RF test equipment familiarity (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze US Air Force operational priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks and run live field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to validate architectures and benchmarking data.
• Support BD in addressing technical needs and align with strategic priorities.
• Prepare technical demos for airborne, edge and expeditionary networking needs.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP proposals and end-to-end testing.
