Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for Retail Partnerships to drive strategic growth with retailers and CPGs across North America. You will report to a Sr. Manager, Retail Partnerships and collaborate with product, marketing, and field teams to roll out programs nationwide.

You’ll manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, design campaigns for new and returning merchants, and analyze shopping patterns to optimize performance while balancing field travel and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Business Development/Partnerships experience
• Experience with analytics and presentation tools
• Prior investment banking or consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead strategic growth initiatives for your portfolio
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers
• Project manage the rollout of hundreds of stores across the country
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new or churned customers
• Gather insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns
• Lead special projects to drive operational efficiency for partners
