Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to help steer our efforts to partner with retailers and CPGs across North America. You will report to a Sr.

Manager, Retail Partnerships and collaborate with product, sales, and operations to scale programs across hundreds of stores across the country. You will lead strategic growth initiatives, design campaigns, conduct field tests, gather consumer insights, and drive operational excellence for partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships
• Experience with analytics and presentation tools
• Prior investment banking or consulting preferred
• Proficiency in AI & analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Claude)

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead on strategic growth initiatives for your portfolio
• Collaborate with internal product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers
• Project manage rollout of hundreds of stores across the country
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for customers
• Gather insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns
• Lead special projects to drive operational efficiency for partners
