Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to guide growth with retailers and CPGs across North America. You will report to a Sr. Manager, Retail Partnerships and work flexibly across remote, in-office, and travel to merchant partners.

The role emphasizes cross-functional project leadership, data-driven decision making, and driving operational efficiency for partners in a rapidly expanding e-commerce landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience.
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools.
• Prior investment banking or consulting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AI and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth initiatives for your Mx portfolio.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers, and customers.
• Project manage rolling out hundreds of stores across the country.
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers.
• Conduct field testing deliveries to gather insights.
• Glean insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns.
• Lead special projects to improve partner operational efficiency.
