Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to lead strategic growth with retailers and CPGs across North America. You will report to a Sr. Manager, Retail Partnerships and balance remote, in-office, and travel to merchant partners.

You will drive the rollout of hundreds of stores nationwide, guide product feature prioritization for merchants, dashers and customers, and design campaigns to boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
• Prior investment banking, consulting experience (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in AI & analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Claude)

Responsibilities

• Driving and leading on strategic growth initiatives for your Mx portfolio
• Working with internal product teams to ensure we’re prioritizing the right features for our merchants, dashers & customers
• Project managing the rolling out hundreds of stores across the country
• Designing marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers
• Getting into the field to do a test delivery
• Gathering insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns
• Leading special projects to drive operational efficiency for your partners
