World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Strategic Resourcing Services Consultant to drive and grow our strategic staffing business in the Central Region. You will own the services sales process, from scoping engagements to pricing, proposals and closing opportunities, while coordinating smooth transitions from sales to delivery and across the lifecycle of placed resources.

You will need creativity, drive and interpersonal savvy to build lasting client relationships, identify hurdles and craft

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume full lifecycle staffing/recruiting or sales.
• Proven success selling to Fortune 500 accounts and closing deals.
• Consulting experience leading major change efforts in staffing/resourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to travel.
• C-level relationship management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow strategic staffing profitability and revenue across assigned accounts and regions.
• Lead the services sales process from scoping to proposal delivery and closure.
• Develop budgets, pricing, and statements of work; coordinate transitions to delivery.
• Educate internal and client teams on strategic resourcing methodologies and best practices.
• Negotiate fulfillment options and manage stakeholder expectations throughout engagements.
