Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Director to lead regional services growth and development within the Management Consulting Organization. The role partners with regional Sales leadership to identify priority accounts, drive growth strategy, and support opportunity development and closure.

It requires executive presence and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. The position emphasizes a connector mindset and deep knowledge of WWT capabilities to deliver

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in technical consulting or management consulting.
• Proven leadership in enterprise accounts and complex solution sales.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to define and execute a services growth strategy for key accounts.
• Align with AVPs and regional leaders to prioritize accounts and shape opportunities across SC&E.
• Influence solution design and coordinate across cross-functional teams to position WWT for consulting outcomes.
• Track performance metrics and provide executive insights to Sales leadership.
