World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Head of Strategic Resourcing Services Sales to lead the strategic staffing team within the Global Financial vertical, driving the services sales process, budgeting, pricing, and proposals from initial scope to signed work.

The role requires creativity, strong executive-level relationship skills, and a proven track record in large-scale staffing. Travel 25% and a focus on profitable growth are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing services management experience.
• 10+ years of high-volume full lifecycle staffing agency recruiting/sales.
• Proven ability to sell to Global Financial accounts and close deals.

• Lead the Services team to expand opportunities and maintain accounts.
• Own quota-driven performance with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
