World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Strategic Resourcing Services Consultant to lead and grow strategic staffing within the Central Region. You will drive the services sales process, scope new work, prepare budgets and proposals, deliver statements of work, and ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery across engagements.

This role demands creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop strategic roadmaps to overcome internal and external hurdles while building

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume staffing agency recruiting/sales with Fortune 500 accounts.
• Proven ability to close sales and negotiate outcomes in complex projects with clients and partners.
• Experience leading major change efforts in strategic staffing/resourcing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase Strategic Resourcing profitability and revenue in assigned accounts and regions.
• Drive business within the region by building relationships and selling strategically to close new business.
• Negotiate and correct behavior that is outside best practices.
• Ability to create cost estimates and pricing for Strategic Resourcing engagements.
• Establish and maintain contact with assigned clients and build relationships with key clients within the account strategy.
• Understand clients' internal issues and develop solutions using professional services methodologies.
• Educate internal account teams and clients on Strategic Resourcing best practices.
• Negotiate with all parties on fulfillment options.
• Qualify business opportunities internally and externally to determine viability.
• Maintain issue resolution and clear communication on project status.
