World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager in Dallas, TX to lead technical teams, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver staffed engagements and plan future growth across technical verticals.

The position supports Service Provider Strategic Resourcing, partners with internal teams and clients, and emphasizes mentorship, capacity

Formación

• 5+ years of technical management experience in a professional services or related field.
• Proven technical leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with engagement and resource management.
• Experience supporting service provider customers.
• Staffing or recruiting industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience working with large enterprise clients.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical staff on projects.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
