World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager to lead technical teams, oversee project execution, and align solutions with business objectives. You will work with internal partners and customers to staff Strategic Resourcing engagements and drive growth through capacity planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of technical management experience in professional services or related fields.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or relevant technical domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage consultants onsite with customers across Service Providers in the US.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants on assigned engagements.
• Onboard new consultants in collaboration with Resource Managers.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders on extensions, new opportunities, utilization, and change orders.
