Job summary

Okta is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations to own forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting for the Renewals org. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable analytics that protect and grow retained revenue.

You will develop and maintain forecasting models, track accuracy, and drive metrics across product depth, adoption, and renewal health. Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in an operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Clari, Gainsight, or Jira.
• Strong SaaS financial and business metrics knowledge.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly and quarterly forecast end-to-end with accuracy tracking.
• Own capacity modeling and renewal book of business visibility.
• Partner with leadership on incentive design and performance metrics.
• Direct AI-generated analysis and scale self-service reporting.
