Job summary

Okta is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations in New York to own forecasting, capacity and retention planning, and accountability reporting for the Renewals organization.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable analytics, build models, and automate reporting to drive informed decisions and team performance. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in operational analytics or revenue operations, hands-on Salesforce and Tableau experience, and solid SaaS metrics

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations in GTM, sales, CS or post-sales.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with Claude Code, Clari, Gainsight, or Jira is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and data pipelines to direct AI-generated analysis and judge output.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Own weekly and quarterly forecast end to end with accuracy tracking and model development.
• Capacity & Retention Planning: Own target setting, capacity modeling and book of business visibility.
• Accountability & Measurement: Partner with leadership on incentive design; own recurring reporting on product depth, true up visibility, and other measures.
• Analysis & Automation: Direct AI tools for analysis and scale self-service reporting.
