Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations to own forecasting, capacity planning, and measurement across a global Renewals team. You will partner with Sales, CS, and Product to drive data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

You will build and maintain forecasting models, manage weekly/quarterly forecasts, and deliver self-service reporting to leadership. A strong analytics background in SaaS metrics and experience with Salesforce and Tableau are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau and familiarity with AI/ML tooling.
• Strong SaaS financial metrics understanding and data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to own recurring processes end-to-end and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: own weekly and quarterly forecast process end to end.
• Capacity & Retention Planning: target setting and book of business visibility.
• Accountability & Measurement: partner on incentive design and performance metrics.
• Analysis & Automation: direct AI-generated analysis and scale reporting systems.
