Job summary

Okta is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Renewals Strategy & Operations in California. You will own forecasting, capacity and retention planning, and the reporting backbone to protect and grow retained revenue in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable analytics, build recurring processes end-to-end, and enable self-service insights for the renewals organization. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Clari, Gainsight, or Jira is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and data pipelines to direct analyses.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and how to present data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and quarterly forecast process end to end, with accuracy tracking and model development.
• Lead capacity and retention planning, including territory and account health visibility.
• Partner with leadership on incentive design and recurring reporting to hold the org accountable.
• Direct AI-generated analysis and scale reporting systems for self-service and efficiency.
