Job summary

Okta is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations to own forecasting, capacity planning, and the analytics backbone for the Renewals org.

You will partner with cross-functional leadership to design metrics, reports, and scalable processes that drive reten­tion and revenue growth. You will manage end-to-end forecasting, capacity modeling, and performance measurement, while directing AI-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations.
