Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations to own forecasting, capacity planning, and measurement across a global Renewals team. You will partner with Sales, CS, and Product to drive data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

You will build and maintain forecasting models, manage weekly/quarterly forecasts, and deliver self-service reporting to leadership. A strong analytics background in SaaS metrics and experience with Salesforce and Tableau are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau and familiarity with AI/ML tooling.
• Strong SaaS financial metrics understanding and data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to own recurring processes end-to-end and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

If you are too, let's talk.## **The Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations Opportunity**Renewals Strategy & Operations partners with Okta's global Renewals organization to drive forecasting, planning, and systems that protect and grow the company's retained revenue. We support a 67-person Renewals org.We’re looking for a strategic critical thinker with an ownership mindset to drive analytics that scale. As a trusted advisor to the Renewals organization, you own the analytical backbone of the day-to-day business operations, including: forecasting, capacity and retention planning, and accountability and measurement for the org. You build these into scalable, trusted systems.### **What you'll be doing*** **Forecasting.** Own the weekly and quarterly forecast process end to end. Maintain accuracy tracking so we know when the forecast is wrong, why, and what to fix. Development of new forecasting models.* **Capacity & Retention Planning.** Own target setting and capacity modeling as well as the book of business management to provide renewal management with clear visibility into territory and account health.* **Accountability & Measurement.** Partner with cross-functional leadership on incentive design and how we measure individual performance. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
