ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead sales activities for assigned customers, developing strategies to support their business needs through ABB services and technologies.

You will build relationships across the customer organization and pursue opportunities to improve reliability and productivity. The role requires strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills, with travel within the district and remote work as indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in industrial or utility sales role required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Sales, Field Services, or marketing role involved with customer development in a pre-order role.
• Minimum of 3 years of knowledge and experience selling products and services associated with electrical power studies, switchgear, drives, motors and transformers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; integrative teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales leadership with assigned customers through strategies supporting their business needs via ABB services and technology.
• Build customer relationships throughout their organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, productivity or business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts as required.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, pricing, and installed base.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and dispositions as they evolve.
• Make recommendations for continued growth.
