ABB is seeking a Service Sales professional to drive service sales processes and opportunities, focusing on Installed Base penetration. You will build long-term customer relationships, respond to needs, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable sales within the district.

You will travel as required and maintain records of opportunities while staying informed about market trends and pricing for services and products. This role is remote-friendly within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or utility sales role).
• Minimum 3 years in Sales, Field Services, or marketing with customer development in a pre-order role.
• 3+ years selling electrical power studies, switchgear, drives, motors and transformers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial/utility services, repairs and products.
• Integrative, team-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter and energetic contributor to the team.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the District and obtain travel documents.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
