Sentara Health is seeking a strategic Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting to lead analytics across pharmacy operations. This full-time remote role focuses on monitoring trends, developing reporting, and ensuring PBM oversight with close collaboration across IT, Finance and Compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and a servant-leadership approach to mentoring the team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP preferred.
• 5 years healthcare experience; 4+ years PBM analytics.
• Proficient in SQL; Excel and data visualization in PowerBI/Tableau.
• Experience with data platforms and financial analyses; project management required.

Mansioni

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance and Government Performance.
