Sentara Health seeks a strategic leader to manage Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This full-time remote role evaluates pharmacy trends, builds reports, and mentors a team. Collaboration with PBM, IT, Finance, and Compliance is key to success.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL skills, and expertise with PowerBI/Tableau. PMP preferred; bachelor’s degree required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ≥5 years healthcare experience.
• ≥4 years managed care PBM analytics experience including claims, pricing, rebates, enrollment.
• Must be proficient in SQL.
• Excel and data visualization with PowerBI and Tableau preferred.
• DataBricks experience preferred.
• Project management experience required.
