Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting to lead analytics initiatives and reporting for pharmacy trends. The role is fully remote and requires collaboration with Pharmacy leadership, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare analytics, expertise in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and project management, with a servant leadership style and a passion for mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
• Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with DataBricks; experience developing data-driven presentations; experience conducting financial analyses and ROI.
• Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor a team of analytical resources.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance groups.
