The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare PBM analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau. PMP is a plus; Servant leadership attitude encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of healthcare or PBM analytics experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL querying required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Lead a team of analytics resources with mentoring.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance.
• Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contracts, and invoicing.
