Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This is a full-time remote position. The role includes monitoring pharmacy trends, developing reporting, and leading analytics staff.

Expect collaboration across IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance units with a servant-leadership approach. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL, and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including claims, drugs, enrollment.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Excel with data visualizations; Power BI and Tableau experience preferred.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Support PBM oversight including contracts and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor a team of analytics resources.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance and Government Performance teams.
• Foster servant leadership and coaching within the team.
